In this role, you will work directly with clients to deliver MDM/DG solutions while growing Premier’s MDM practice. You will apply innovation, intelligence, and problem-solving skills to both deliver for our clients and help evolve Premier’s go-to-market strategy. Travel throughout the United States and sometimes internationally, is required for this position.
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with experience selling, delivering, and developing MDM/DG strategies and solutions. This candidate will have a passion for working with organizations on how to get more value from their data assets.

Primary responsibilities for this role will include but not be limited to:
- Designing and implementing MDM/DG programs that could include data quality, master data management, metadata management, data asset management, data project portfolio management (identification, prioritization, valuation, ROI, execution, etc.), data security, etc.
- Expanding Premier’s Master Data Management and Data Governance practice
- Evolving Premier’s go-to-market strategy for its Master Data Management and Data Governance practice
- Bringing a vision to how clients can get more value from their data asset across their entire enterprise
- Helping clients select and implement technologies to support the data governance design
- Collaborating with other consultants to address organizational change management, communication planning, and training
- Providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Note: The responsibilities for this position could expand to include other duties based on the needs of the company and the skills of the candidate.
Desired Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience implementing Data Governance programs and knowledge of applicable standard methodologies, concepts, best practices, and procedures
- Experience with Data Management and Data Governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Talend, Semarchy, Profisee, etc.
- Experience with Master Data Management and data quality, as well as working with data stewards to ensure strong data best practices
- Understanding and ability to lead a technical engagement
- Excellent analytical, organizational and leadership abilities
- Desire to grow and lead a Master Data Management and Data Governance consulting practice
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
